Memorial Service
Every year a special memorial service is held at Cittamani Hospice Service.
Friends and families of people who have been supported by Cittamani are invited to come along. They are encouraged to bring a photo of thier loved one who has died. And they are offered the opportunity to hear guest speakers share their stories.
The speakers offer insight into death, grief, hope and compassion based on their personal, professional and /or spiritual background. The photos, as well as flowers, provide a significant connection to loved ones who have died.
This gathering provides a space for quiet reflection, acknowledgement of loss and consolidation of hope.
